REGISTERED BUILDER
Drafting of plans for registered builders, who have their design and layout already finalised, will short circuit the design process and reduce drafting costs. That said, I will use all my knowledge and experience to provide plans to the highest standards. If improvements can be made I will discuss the pros and cons. Often one can be too close to their design, and a second opinion can be very beneficial.
Critical time and labour savings, to the builder, can be achieved when CPR does the full documentation, EE, and certifier lodgement.
The choice of materials, finishes and a full palette of colours and textures will enhance your home.
